Our story goes a little something like this....
Briana had a traditional wedding.
Alison eloped at the registry office.
We each stood by the other at each wedding, and both were so special no matter the difference.
When it came time to plan Alison's elopement, we realised something. There wasn't a personalised, aesthetically pleasing elopement service out there.
So we created it.
Along with her experience as a florist, Alison became a registered celebrant to offer couples what she wished she had - a genuine, personal connection with the person marrying you with gorgeous fresh florals.
We paired that with the design eye and styling details from Briana's wedding experience and her organisational expertise and created the best of both words:

Say goodbye to the stress, excess, and sky-high costs.
We're redefining what it means to get married with effortless ceremonies that feel personal, considered, and full of intention. Like a registry office, only elevated.
With five available time slots in each elopement event, we welcome one couple at a time in seamless succession to officially say 'I do'.
What's Included
Our Lazy Lovers elopement package is $2500 per couple.

30 minute video call to meet, chat and hear more about your love story (and sign the NOIM).

Fresh floral styling and a unique draped backdrop, with a consistent theme (besides our Valentine's Day event) of our Lazy Lovers colours. Think - pink, cream and burgundy.

Seasonal bouquet(s) personalised to a colour of your choosing.

Invite up to 20 guests – or we’ll provide witnesses if it's just the two of you.

45-minute ceremony (the ceremony will go for around 15 minutes, with the rest of the time used for photos).

Behind-the-scenes candid iPhone content to remember your day - sent to you within 48 hours.

How It Works
1. Submit an Enquiry
Complete the enquiry form with your preferred wedding date and time.
2. Secure Your Date
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a confirmation email to lock in your wedding date. This will include a request for the 50% deposit ($1,250).
3. Let’s Connect
We’ll arrange a video call to introduce ourselves so you know exactly who will be helping you say I do, hear more about your love story, walk you through how your special day will unfold, and complete the NOIM (Notice of Intent to Marry).
4. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding date.
5. Your Big Day
We’ll see you at the altar!

Our elopement events are held in the heart of Marrickville, at the Pavilion next to Marrickville Library.
Convenient parking is available underneath the library, with additional street parking nearby, making it easy for you and your guests to arrive.
